Research on the Relations between High-tech Industry Development and Economy Development in Shaanxi Province

The development of high-tech industry has become the major measure to the enhancing science,economic competitiveness and improving comprehensive strength in a nation or a region.Based on the theory of modern industry and statistical theory,this article used the method of statistical analysis to study the contribution on the Shaanxi high-tech industry to the growth of the economy, and used econometric model to analyze the influence in the Shaanxi environment of economic development to high-tech industry development.The empirical study indicated that the high-tech industry development of Shaanxi is remarkable to the contribution of economical growth.But,Shaanxi economy development is not certainly remarkable to the improvement of high-tech industry development.This situation has directly affected the swift and quickly growth of Shaanxi high-tech industry.Therefore,it's important to create a good environment for Shaanxi high-tech industry development.Then,it's also a key point to perfect the developing mechanism for the development of Shaanxi high-tech industry.
