On the Thought of Developing High-tech Industry of Hu'nan Province——Based on the View of Industrial Relation

Abstract
For the development of high-tech industry in Hu'nan Province,this article has made an incorporating analysis of some factors of related industry departments which affect the development of high-tech industry and high-tech industry by selecting related high-tech industry based on the view of industrial relation.The results showed that there was lack of contact between the high-tech industrial development factors related industries and high-tech industry sector generally,that is: the related industry departments made less contribution to the growth of high-tech industry.Measures should be taken such as increasing the financial industry to support the development of high-tech industry,increasing high-tech industry research and establishing a high-tech industry social intermediation services system in order to promote the high-tech industrial development of Hunan Province better.
