Abstract

Objective To explore the cure effect of Metoprolol on fibrillative atrial of cardiac disease patient with non-cardiac surgery and the characters of nursing care. Methods Thirty fibrillative atrial tachycardia patients scheduled for cardiac surgery were divided randomly into two groups with 15 cases each.Metoprolol was injected in vein in group Ⅰ by 2.5~6.0 mg of each patient and Cedilanid was done in groupⅡ by 0.4 mg.Heart rate and blood pressure were observed before and after injection. Results Metoprolol group had significantly better effect on heart rate control than Cedilanid group(P0.01).Blood pressure of both groups had no obvious change before and after injection(P0.05).Conclusions Metoprolol has significantly better cure effect on fibrillative atrial tachycardia in cardiac surgery compared to Cedilanid.
