Abstract
AimTo determinecarbamazepine,carbamazepine-10,11-epoxidein serum by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).MethodsSerum sample was extracted with 5ml aether, Estazolam was selected as an internal standard, AnUV detector (215 nm)and Kromasil C_(18 )column (150mm4.6mm,5μm)were used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(12).The flow rate was 1.2 mlmin~(-1).ResultsThe linear range of carbamazepine and carbamazepine-10,11-epoxide were 1.0~20.0 mgL~(-1)(r=0.999 9),0.1~5.0 mgL~(-1)(r=0.999 4),.The mean recovery were nearly 100%,.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of inter-day and intra-day for carbamazepine and carbamazepine-10,11-epoxide were less than 5%.ConclusionThe method is accurate,sensitive and more suitable for clinical routine monitoring.
