Abstract

Objective To discuss the value of MRI for clinical diagnosis of meniscus injury.Method Retrospective analysis of 48 cases with meniscus injury patients′MRI images;according to StoUer meniscus degeneration and damage of the MRI grading standards were classified. Results In 48 patients with meniscus injury, grade I damage was five,Ⅱ level damage was 15,Ⅲ level damage was 28,which were confirmed by the surgery arthroscopy. Conclusion MRI was a non-invasive and accurate method which can diagnose the meniscus injury. It can also provide reliable evidences for clinical treatment which made it the best method to diagnose the meniscus injury at present.
