Abstract
Objective To estimate the features of meniscus lesions in MRI imagine. Methods 72 cases of meniscus lesions were reviewed. The meniscus injury were divided into different degree according to Mink and Fischer methods. Results Meniscus injury were seen in MRI in the 144 meniscus of 72 patients. Among them, there were 12 Ⅰ degree injury,48 Ⅱ degree injury and 38 Ⅲ degree injury.11 discoid meniscus and 6 meniscus cyst were found. Conclusion In term of diagnosis of meniscus lesions in the knee, MRI has great value and clinical significance. It can display clearly the change of shape, position and provide reliable evidence for the clinical treatment. So, it is the best method in diagnosis of meniscus lesions up to date.
