Abstract

Objective:To study the value of MRI in preoperative evaluation of the knee joint meniscus injury. Methods:40 cases of meniscus injury were confirmed by operation performance,and the MRI features were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The rate of accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of MRI for meniscal tear was 88.7%,83.0%,97%.Conclusion:As a non-invasive examination methods,MRI is the best way to check the knee meniscus injury in preoperative evaluation.
