The New Study of the Circumstance Crime

The writer of the thesis beholds the idea that generality conviction circumstances are requisite elements to constitute circumstance crime. The circumstances of these crimes just relate to the conviction. There are definite word--circumstance written in articles of Criminal Law Code or not, both of which are legislative forms of circumstance crimes. The circumstance crime has no connection with penalty measuring, neither does it include circumstance aggravation crime and circumstance mitigation crime.
