Judicial Value of Cirumstance Crime in Chinese Criminal Law

Abstract

From the aspect of the nature of value,the importance of circumstance crime lies in the needs and recognition to circumstance crime from legislation and jurisdiction,the nature of circumstance crime itself and the relation between them.The judicial value of circumstance crime is to protect the human rights and the whole society.Besides,the relationship between circumstance crime and Article 13 of the Chinese Criminal Law has been analyzed in this essay.
