Challenge the circumstance crime and the countermeasures

Both to the general theory and to the special theory of the Criminal Law,the circumstance crime must be a troublemaker.One trouble is to define itself;the other trouble is that it makes a great challenge to the theory of the Criminal Law in the question of cognition of criminal intention and the transformation crime.The challenge is so serious that we must envisage it and try to resolve it.
