Construct a Teaching Model of Public Psychological Teaching in Teachers' Training College

At present,there are many shortages in the teaching of the common course of psychology in teachers' higher education.They are as follows:The teaching design can not meet student's future need;There are many limitations when the course objective is made;There lacks steps in practical teaching;The organization and selection of teaching contents are fragmented;The teaching tactics does not match the teaching objective.All these shortages make the teaching of commom course of psychology fail its supposed position and value.Based on the relative theories and facts,the model of common psychological teaching in the teachers' higher education,the on-duty education,and the personal growth education is designed. If the model is put into practice flexibly and effectively, the reform of common psychological teaching will be furthered and the reaching quality will be improved .At the same time,it will help improve the quality of the whole teaching group.
