Some Thoughts of the Common Required Course of Education Techniques Teaching in a Teachers College

As a common required course for normal college students, education techniques is a must for teachers of our times. This paper, based on an analysis of the current teaching and the demand of future education, puts forward some ideas of teaching reform such as changing the conceptions, enriching and renewing the teaching contents and the forms of classroom teaching, and evaluating the students more synthetically which are beneficial to cultivate the creative ability of the students.
