Abstract
A target fragment with a full length of 1 192 bp(Genbank accession:DQ200847) was amplified with genomic DNA of Prunus salicina leaves as the templates and the conservative sequences of PGIP gene as the primers. Its sequencing showed that it was 96%~99% identical with the sequences of PGIP genes in Prunus armeniaca,P.persica,P.mahaleb,P.mume and contained one complete open reading frame and one intron, and the sequence that it encoded was a typical lecucine-repeated sequence;in its evolution tree, this sequence of PGIP gene was in the same group as the sequences of PGIP gene in P.armeniaca,P.persica,P.mahaleb,P.mume was in.as a result,a gene resource was provided for molecular breeding of plants.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
