Abstract
Objective: To explore the Associated risk factors analysis of 47 cases with postoperative intracranial infection after Craniocerebral trauma,and it provides reference for clinical practice. Methods: By epidemiological case-control study method,47 patients with postoperative intracranial infection after Craniocerebral trauma were as infection group from June 2010 to June 2013,47 cases with no postoperative intracranial infection in the same period were as the control group. Concerning statistically significant factors,many factors of unconditional Logistic regression analysis was adopted. Results: Single factor analysis showed that Intraventricular external drainage,operation time,cerebrospinal fluid leakage, postoperative albumin,preoperative GCS score,blood sugar,posterior fossa surgery,surgery,postoperative hormone are risk factors of postoperative intracranial infection after Craniocerebral trauma,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Many factors unconditional Logistic regression analysis revealed that Intraventricular external drainage,operation time,cerebrospinal fluid leakage,posterior fossa surgery and blood glucose level were independent risk factors of postoperative intracranial infection after Craniocerebral trauma,their difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Intraventricular external drainage,operation time,cerebrospinal fluid leakage,posterior fossa surgery and blood glucose level are independent risk factors of postoperative intracranial infection after Craniocerebral trauma.
