Study on the Innovative Cultivation Mode of Logistics Talents in China University

Because the logistics education in our country have a short time,there are still differences and distance between the quality and quantity of cultivating logistics talents and the market demand,which restricted the development of our logistics in-dustry seriously.The paper based on why the university needs to innovate the cultivation mode of logistics talents,and cultivating what kind of logistics talents,and how to cultivate.Then the paper analyzes the way of innovative the cultivation mode of logis-tics talents through three aspects: cultivation object,course system and teaching methods.
