Abstract
Objective:To explore the differences of the effect of IL-2 of subacute aging model mice by Sijunzi Decoction and Siwu Decoction.Methods:Using aging model mice induced by D-gal as experimental objects,the effect on the IL-2 of aging model mice induced by D-gal of Sijunzi Decoction and Siwu Decoction was observed.Results:Sijunzi Decoction expressed better efftection on IL-2 of male mice than Siwu Decoction and model control group,while Siwu Decoction expressed better effection on IL-2 of female mice compared with Sijunzi Decoction and model control group.Conclusion:The effect of Sijunzi Decoction and Siwu Decoction on IL-2 of the female and the male mice,the aging model induced by D-gal,have differences.
