Teaching Team Building for Signal Courses

Abstract
Teaching team building is an effective method for teaching reform and improvement of teaching quality.Based on the characteristics of signal courses,the practice and experience of our teaching team are described respectively from the view of course designing,course outline drawing,textbooks and website construction,teaching methods seminar and teaching team activities.It is shown from the practice that the role of chief teacher and the effective supporting regulation are the key points for the efficient management of teaching team.Finally the further building of our teaching team is prospected aiming at the experience of the practice.
