Modes for Cultivating Talents in Chinese Language & Literature in Engineering Colleges——Taking Shijiazhuang Railway Institute as Example

Based on an analysis of the current situation of the Chinese Language Literature in engineering colleges,this paper proposes a cultivating objective,i.e.,to cultivate application-type talents in Chinese language who meet the social needs.The way is to formulate practical cultivating program and to put focal and great efforts to writing teaching and practice,seriously improve teaching quality and graduation thesis writing,and the aim is to cultivate application-type talents in Chinese Language who have outstanding writing ability,and concurrently know the economics,news and secretarial science,and who have sound theoretical basis,profound knowledge and innovating and practicing ability,and thus healthily grow morally,intellectually and physically,and meet the social needs.
