Research on Fostering the Applied Talents Majoring in Chinese Language and Literature Education in Normal University

The applied talents majoring in Chinese language and literature education are expected to be with noble character,rich knowledge on Chinese language and literature,skillful technique and strong practice abilities.Nonetheless,while fostering these talents,universities do have some issues such as inaccurate orientation of teaching,irrational course structure and imperfect evaluation system and so on.The new reform requires these talents to have an admirable appreciation of literature and a strong ability of expression,reading,writing,and teaching.Thus,we should lay our efforts on constructing a scientific curriculum system and a teaching staff with both qualifications for teachers and vocational qualifications.In the meanwhile,we should perfect the scientific evaluation system and enhance the practice links.These are effective methods to put emphasis on fostering the applied talents of Chinese language and literature education in normal university,and achieve the goal of cultivating the talented teachers of Chinese language for the basic education stage.
