Promoting Teaching with Research,Improving the Level of Talent Cultivating in Higher Vocational Colleges

This article mainly discusses the theoretical and practical problem whether higher vocational colleges should conduct scientific research.It also puts forward the questions how to orientate scientific research of higher vocational colleges,how to improve the scientific research and teaching level of the teaching staff through scientific research to cultivate teachers with multi-qualities,how to set up promulgated policies and encouragement system required by scientific research.Through the scientific research practice of Guangxi Polytechnic,this article clarifies that scientific research and service of science and technology are the effectual measures to promote higher vocational colleges to practice the internal organs,improve the quality of the teaching staff,win over the mutual gaining initiative of corporation of production,study and research,heighten the level of running a school of higher vocational colleges.
