Abstract

By analyzing the current situation of researchers and scientific research achievements,this paper discusses countermeasures to improve teachers' scientific research ability in higher vocational colleges. It is important to strengthen higher vocational college teachers' scientific research consciousness,build a good environment for scientific research,and strengthen the applied research. Improvement of teachers' scientific research capacity may help make research serve teaching,local industries and talent cultivation.
