The Research on Scientific Research Quality Promotion of Higher Vocational Teachers

To invigorate the country through science and education, to realize the progress and perfection of education and scientific research, it is necessary to constantly improve the overall scientific research quality level of all teachers. Currently higher vocational college teachers' scientific research enthusiasm is not high, scientific research ability is not strong, the scientific research management system is not perfect, all these have greatly influenced the improvement of the level of scientific research quality. In view of this, by investigating the present situation of scientific research in higher vocational colleges, it puts forward such measures to guarantee advancement and scientificness of scientific research, which include stimulating teachers' scientific research consciousness, strengthening the scientific research management, and gradually improving the system of teacher's scientific research in higher vocational colleges.
