Abstract
Objective To investigate the Effect of Tension-free Hernioplasty on treatment of recurrent Inguinal hernia and appraise the influence of operating procedure. Methods Retrospectively analysed the files and follow-up materials of 75 cases of recurrent Inguinal hernia who had Tension-free Hernioplasty after classical repair. Results All cases have completed Tension-free Hernioplasty successfully. The pain was short-time and the hospitalizing time was short. The follow-up showed that 2 cases recurred who had prostate hyperplasty. Conclusions Tension-free Hernioplasty can surely decrease the recurring possibility and it is suitable for recurring Inguinal hernia who failed in classical repair.
