Abstract
Objective To summarize of the causes and treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia.Methods Tension-free hernioplasty in treatment of 15 cases of recurrent inguinal hernia.Results Surgery in 15 patients was successful with an average length of hospitalization 6.0d.Fifteen patients were followed up for 1 years with no recurrence.Conclusion The tension-free hernioplasty is the therapy of preferred choice for the surgical of inguinal hernia.
