Abstract
Using nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide digestion samples, nitrate as a determination medium, potassium borohydride as reducing agent, with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry, the contect of mercury in traditional Chinese medicine. The results showed that mercury concentrations in the range of 0~10.00 ng/mL had good linear relationship(r=0.9999),the detection limit was 0.056 ng/L,the relative standard deviation was less than 4.61% and recovery was 96.6%~103.8%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
