Abstract
Method for determination of heavy metals mercury using hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established.Effects of pre-treatment methods and atomic fluorescence instruments on final results were studied. The optimum conditions were as follows: digest samples with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide with ratios by 3∶2,digest samples with microwave under maximum temperature at 180℃ for 25 min;analyse digested sample with reducing agent of potassium borohydride by 15 g/L and with carrier liquid of 5%hydrochloric acid.Detection limit of mercury was 0.0093 μg/L,the relative standard deviation at 1.5%and the recovery ranged in 93~104%underthe optimum conditions.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
