Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of penehyclidine hydrochloride treatment on HMGB1 and SP-A expression in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis-associated acute lung injury. To investigate the efficacy of penehyclidine hydrochloride treatment in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis-associated acute lung injury. Methods:One hundred rats were randomly divided into two groups: the acute necrotizing pancreatitis group(the ANP group) and the group treated with penehyclidine hydrochloride(the PHCD group).Animals in each group were sacrificed at 6 h,12 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h after treatment respectively. The levels of HMGB1 and SP-A in serum and SP-A in BALF were measured by ELISA.Results: In the PHCD group, the levels of HMGB1 and SP-A in serum were significantly lower than those in the ANP group(P0.01).The levels of SP-A in BALF were significantly higher than those in the ANP group(P0.01).Conclusion:Penehyclidine hydrochloride has lung protective effect on acute necrotizing pancreatitis with acute lung injury through inhibiting the expression of HMGB1 and SP-A in serum and promoting the expression of SP-A in BALF.
