Abstract

The knowledge transfer,which is one of the main activities in the process of knowledge management,is the precondition and foundation of library's knowledge innovation.Based on the analysis on the modes of the knowledge transfer,this paper points out the four possible risks that are probably faced by the library in the process of knowledge transfer.
