Knowledge transfer is a part of knowledge management in organizations. Knowledge transfer plays a crucial role in pursuing knowledge sharing, knowledge application and knowledge innovation. This paper analyzes the factors impact on knowledge transfer, sunHnarizes the level and channels of knowledge transfer.
