Research on the Knowledge Transference Mode of Library

At knowledge economy,knowledge transfer can lead to great productivity through the process of knowledge transfer to energy and quality.Based on the analysis of domestic and international research results of knowledge transfer,this paper gives concept,transfer conditions of library knowledge transfer,at the same time,it analysis and builds knowledge transfer model of library.
