Effects of Huangkui Capsules Combined with Irbesortan for Treatment of Chronic Nephritic Proteinuria

Objective To observe the Effects of huangkuicapsules combined with Irbesortan for treatment of chronic nephritic proteinuria.Methods 50 chronic nephritic patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,the treatment group were given huangkui capsules and Irbesortan,the controlled group were given only Irbesortan,the 24 hour urinary protein amounts between the two groups before and after treatment were detected.All the patients were followed-up for eight weeks.Results The 24 hour urinary protein amounts decreased significantly in the two groups,compared with the controlled group,the 24 hour urinary protein amounts in the treatment group decreased more significantly.There are significant differences statistically in comparison between the two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Compared with Irbesortan,huangkui capsules combined with Irbesortan can significantly decreased proteinuria and have no serious adverse reaction,the effect for treatment chronic nephritic are excellent.
