Abstract
Objective:To choose the optimal prescription of Bifamyein Sodium for injection and to observe stability. Methods;According to the factors that affect the formation and stability of the preparation, the support reagent and antioxidant were observed separately, and optimized the prescription. The stability was observed by accelerated experiment. Results:The optimum prescrip- tion were Bifamycin Sodium 25 g,Mannitol 3 g,Sodium Metabisufite 1 g,Purified Water to make 500 mL.Conclusion:The antioxidant ability of Sodium Metabisufite was the main factor of long sta- bility of the preparation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
