Application of high-risk human papillomavirus detection in screening cervical cancer

Abstract

Objective To study the value of high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) detection in screening cervical cancer. Methods Collected the materials and cervical tissue biopsy samples of 328 out-patients,and at the same time carried out the Hybrid Capture Ⅱ experimental detection of high-risk HPV. Then analyzed the detection results of high-risk HPV,regarding the cervical biopsy results as standard. Results The cervical tissue biopsy results showed that the high-risk HPV infection rates of cervicitis,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ and infiltrating carcinoma were 20.9%,57.6%,90.6%,96.5% and 100% respectively. The average infection rate of high-risk HPV of patients with CINⅡ grade and the more than CINⅡ grade was 94.3%. Compared with 20.9% of the vervicitis infection rate,it has statistical significance. Conclusion The more serious CIN pathological change has the higher the high-risk HPV infection rate. The High-risk HPV infection maybe suggest early cervical pathological changes.
