Incentive mechanism in construction and management of South-to-North Water Diversion Project

Based on the researches on the incentive mechanism in the construction and management of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,especially on the way how to accelerate its construction progress under the new situation,the important role of labor emulation in the construction and management of South-to-North Water Diversion Project as well as its four ways for the realization was comprehensively investigated.It was pointed out that during the critical period of the construction of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,to carry out largescale labor emulation would be the urgent need of the current situation and the management of the project construction,and it would be also an effective form of the incentive mechanism by gathering resultant forces,correcting disadvantages,establishing mechanism and grasping harmony.It could practically accelerate the construction progress and improve the management level of the project.
