Studies on Construction of the Judicial Credibility

The construction of judicial credibility is closely connected with judicial system,the personnel quality of judicial staff and the legal accomplishment of the public.Meanwhile,judicial authority and justice are deciding factors of the public credibility of the judiciary.At present,there are the direct reasons of the lack of judicial credibility in China:firstly,the allocation of judicial power is improper and the belief in the law is absence.Secondly,there are defects in the legal system and the personnel quality of judicial staff is not good enough.To enhance the judicial public confidence,we should set up an idea of justice for the people,reform and innovate upon the judicial system,strengthen the construction of the personnel quality of judicial staff and improve the legal accomplishment of citizens.
