Exploration and Thinking of Internal Supervision of Judicial Authority

In the west,the internal supervision of judicial authority includes adjudication supervision,supervision of presiding judges,the supervision of judicial officer behaviors,etc. In the present context of judicial reform in China,both the CCPCC decision-making and judicial departments pay much attention to the issue of international supervision of judicial authority,because the result of internal supervision not only relates directly to the success or failure of the reform of judicial operation system,but also influences the realization of judicial justice and the improvement of public judicial credibility. The establishment of Chinese judicial supervision system demands both the learning from foreign advanced experience and the integration with Chinese judicial reality. Because of the high cost of impeachment system,China will go without it. The establishment of judicial authority supervision system needs to be based primarily on the punishment system of judicial authority and to be perfected by way of constructing strict behavior standard of judicial authority and regulated process of punishing judicial authorities.
