Abstract

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) has been known as one of the most important diseases affecting swine, which is caused by PRRS virus(PRRSV).The clinical manifestations of PRRS are severe reproductive failure in sows, respiratory distress in piglets, which has emerged in hog industry of the world. The progress on the viral proteins of PRRSV was summarized in this paper, which included the viral genes,non-structural proteins, structural proteins.
