Abstract
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),the etiological agent of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, has been paid close attention since its discovery. This review mainly focused on the current research progress on structural proteins of PRRSV,especially described the structure and function of the newly discovered protein 5a and analyzed cellular receptor and viral attachment proteins. It may provide the references for further study of PRRSV.
