Abstract

In 2005 Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China,the first real information law was put into effect.With five chapters and 36 articles,this law gives an answer to the simplest but not confirmed problem: identity.This paper attempts to offer some measures to tackle the bottle-neck issue by improving the Electronic Signature System regarding integrity and security.
