Analysis of Electronic Signature in International Trades

During the development of international intercourse,the international trades are more and more with the aid of internet.This change of form makes electronic signature take the place of hands signature,which becomes one of the important elements to affect whether the contract is effective or not.Our country implemented the first The Electronic Signature Law of People's Republic of China in April 2005,and this endows electronic signature the legal effect for the first time.This article plans to simply analyze the basic concept,feature,applicability and legal effectiveness of electronic signature in international intercourse.
