Legal Effect of Electronic Signature

Abstract

Electronic commerce is developing fast in China, and as the core that safeguards the electronic commerce, its legal effect has received the identification of law. Only the electronic signature which meets some qualifications can be recognized as the reliable one that has the legal effect. The electronic signature has the legal effect only in the field of application that is stipulated by law.
