Discussion the Construction of the Modernized Reference Rooms of the Colleges (Departments) of the University

This paper analyzes on the status quo of reference room in colleges (departments) of university, and puts forward some opinions on the construction of the modernized reference rooms of the colleges (departments) of the university, and points out that the reference rooms should start its work from the personnel training, software/hardware arranging, special database developing, and the network interconnecting, etc. for the purpose of realizing the modernization of the reference room's work.
