A Discussion on the Construction of College/Department Reference Rooms in University

This paper discusses the problem of the construction of college/department reference rooms in university,in the light of the features of reference rooms in university,points out that the construction of college/department reference rooms should adhere to principles of three combinations(combination with discipline construction and combination with students’ innovation ability,combination with service for society) and three enhancements(enhancement of informatization construction level,enhancement of reference room administrators’ professional ability and enhancement of service opening consciousness) .
