Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of cerebral infarction of Edaravone. Methods: 80 cases of cerebral infarction pa- tients selected were divided into two groups. 40 cases of control group patients were given conventional treatment ,40 cases of observation group patients were given the conventional therapy plus Edaravone 30 mg ivgtt q12 h. Results:14 d after the treatment,TNF-α in cerebrospinal fluid in the edaravone treatment group more significantly reduced than that in the control group (P0.05); Edaravone treatment group the14 d neurological deficit scores of the Edaravone treatment gruoup improved more sig- nificantly than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion:Edaravone can effectively improve the acute cerebral neurological deficits, efficacy, and worthy of clinical application.
