The Correclate of MVD And The Expression of VEGF Flt-1 In Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Abstract

Objective To study the correclate of MVD and the expression of VEGF and Flt-1 in benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Immunohistochemical staining(S-P) was used to examine MVD and the expression of VEGF and Flt-1 in 37 cases of BPH,Spearman rank correlation test were used for data statistic analysis.Results There was positive correlation betweenthe expression of VEGF and MVD Coumts,and FIt-1 expression(P0.05),but there wasn't correlate between FIt-1 expression and MVD counts,There was no correlation between the size of prostate and MVD and the expression of both VEGF and Flt-1 in BPH(P0.05).Conclusion In the progress of benign prostatic hyperplasia,There were positive correlate between VEGF ancl Flt-1 and MVD.
