Abstract
Objective:To study the operative method and the effect of surgical treatment for lumbar disc herniation Method:The openwindow laminaplasty operation was performed on the patients with serious symptoms in the affected lower limb Ressect and remain outer layer of the lamina,openwindow on the lamina,while the prolapsed disc was removed,then recover the remain outer layer of the lamina Result:Twenty seven patients were followed up after the operation for 16 to 38 months The excellent and good rate was 96 3% Conclusion:The openwindow laminaplasty operation for lumbar disc herniation produces less influence upon the stability of lumbar vertebrae and has good effect on it
