Abstract
Objective To observe the effect and safety with small dose of Milrinone treatment of refractory congestive heart failure. Methods Sixty patients with poor cardiac function grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ hospitalized patients were randomly divided into A,B,30 cases each.Group A represented the Dobutamine group, group B represented Milrinone group. Results As for group A,8 cases were significantly effective,11 cases were effectual and 11 cases were unfruitful with a total cure rate as 66.7%.When it comes to group B,the dates were 24,4,2 respectively, and the total effective rate was 93.3%.The total effective rate was not significantly different between group A and B.Group B were significantly improved in echocardiography stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI).There was significant difference in total rate of effects between two groups. There was no significant adverse drug reaction. Conclusion Milrinone treatment of refractory congestive heart failure is safe and effective and is worthy of wider application.
