Analysis on the clinical value in diagnosis and treatment of acute knee gout arthritis under arthroscopy

Objective To study the clinical value in diagnosis and treatment of acute knee gout arthritis under arthroscopy.Methods Nineteen cases'effects,recurrence rate one year later and feature under arthroscopy of the acute knee gout arthritis were reviewed and compared with the 27 contemporaneous cases of the acute knee gout arthritis with medical treatment.Results All 19 cases existed different degree urate crystal adheres in joint cavity and patellofemoral cartilage injured.The operative group was relieved pain and swelling rapidly,the Lysholm knee scoring of third day after treatment excelled and less recurrence after 1 year compared with the medial treatment group.Conclusion Arthroscopy can diagnose knee gout arthritis intuitively,and has an express effect.
