Abstract
Migrant workers of new generation are new groups since the reform and opening up.The demand of their social security rights is stronger than their fathers' generation but the fact is that their social security rights and interests have not been improved much.Migrant workers of the first generation need the government to recognize and undertake the responsibility of compensation,and the migrant workers of new generation need the social security policy by virtue of social security laws and regulations.It will solve the social problems ahead of time to clarify the social security rights,obligations and responsibilities taken by government,employers and workers,and endow the migrant workers of new generation with equal social rights.
