On the Social Security of Migrant Workers of New Generation——"Social Insurance Law" Perspective

With the continuous development of society,a large number of migrant workers of new generation have come into cities and become the main force of economic development,but their social security situation should be concerned.This paper analyzes migrant workers of new generation to analyze the current situation of social security problems,and takes Social Security Act, as view to show improvement of the social security of migrant workers.
